About

Youth Impact Council (Y.I.C.) is an accelerator for youth-led initiatives, designed to fast-track the impact of young change-makers, ages 18-35.

We mobilize a cross-generational network of private/public sector leaders who are committed to sharing their platforms, resources, and experience to bring these initiatives to life.

Accelerating tomorrow’s leaders, today.

Our Formula for Change

ELEVATE

Each quarter, members share their initiatives for Council-wide consideration, creating space to spotlight and elevate the impactful work already underway.

VOTE

After peer presentations, members vote to shortlist three promising, high-impact initiatives with strong traction and timely potential for council support.

ACCELERATE

The Council Advisors selects one initiative, activating strategy, media, and ecosystem partners to amplify its reach and accelerate real-world outcomes.
