At the Youth Impact Council (Y.I.C.), we don’t incubate early ideas—we accelerate what’s already working. Our model brings together youth-led solutions with cross-generational partners who can help deliver what young leaders most often lack: visibility, reach, impact, and scale.
We work with companies, nonprofits, institutions, and individual leaders to ensure every partnership is purposeful, aligned, and high-impact.
A Flexible, Fit-First Approach
Each quarter, we select one high-impact youth-led initiative with demonstrated traction. We work to match each project with partners whose mission, expertise, or strategic priorities align with the opportunity.
There’s no long-term obligation. You decide how and when to engage, and we collaborate with you to ensure every partnership is a strong fit—for you, and for the young leader you're backing
The Process
1. Selection
One standout youth-led initiative is chosen each quarter for acceleration.
2. Invitation to Collaborate
Partners issue a personal invitation to aligned partners to join that quarter’s effort.
3. Fit & Flexibility
Partners determine how they’d like to engage—through advisory, funding, media, infrastructure, policy, or network support.
4. 4–8 Week Activation
Partners work directly with the youth leader during a structured sprint focused on scaling impact.
Contributions may include:
- Strategic support or mentorship
- Media and storytelling amplification
- Policy and advocacy insights
- Access to funding, tools, or networks
5. Reporting & Recognition
A post-engagement impact report highlights the initiative’s progress and partner contributions, with options for public visibility or private acknowledgment.
